Our Policy

All sales made at purecurepk.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds on completed orders.

We have adopted this policy because our products are consumable herbal tonics that cannot be resold once they have left our facility for health and safety reasons.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

We will offer a replacement or store credit in the following circumstances only:

        The product arrives visibly damaged due to transit.

        The product packaging is broken or compromised in a way that affects the product inside.

        You receive a product different from what you ordered.

To claim a replacement, you must:

        Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

        Send clear photographs of the damage or defect via WhatsApp or email.

        We will review the claim and respond within 2 working days.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

        Change of mind after purchase.

        Dislike of taste, smell, or texture of the product.

        Results that differ from your personal expectations.

        Orders where delivery was delayed by the courier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed to our courier, it cannot be cancelled. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Courier Partner

We ship all orders through InstaWorld, one of Pakistan's reliable courier networks with nationwide coverage.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note:

        Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation.

        Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier capacity.

        Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or require an alternative delivery arrangement.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders above Rs. 6,500 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact information provided at checkout. You can track your order at purecurepk.com/apps/track123 or directly through InstaWorld's tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, extreme weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
